90-Day Guarantee:
We offer a 90-day guarantee on all Tap N' Rate stands. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days from the delivery date for a refund or replacement.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the Tap N' Rate stand must be undamaged and in working order.

We reserve the right to deny returns for items that show signs of damage or misuse.

Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Please ensure that the Tap N' Rate stand is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping:
For returns requested within 90 days from the delivery date, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged in transit. In the case of damaged items, shipping charges will be covered by Tap N' Rate for the replacement and return. Please note that return requests for damaged items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

You have the flexibility to choose your preferred return shipping method. You may use your own carrier, or if you prefer, you can request a return shipping label from us. Prices will vary based on your location.
